This is a good red variety. Was supposed to be huge but I got 12-14 oz tomatoes. I love the huge ones but I believe this was all hype. It was a great tasting tomato though.

One of Tom Wagner's releases from breeding with blue. Looks just like a bing cherry in both color and size. Short plants only about 2 feet and suitable for containers.

A mid-season tomato that is a top notch performer in the looks, taste, and production departments, this 2-4 ounce gem has amazing yellow red stripes, is a great producer and is a definite winner if you want a smaller, juicy, sweet tomato.

Thick flesh with a smooth texture and lots of juice. A purple beefsteak variety. Quite delicious! // 8-14 oz pink-black fruit, excellent flavor, high yield./// high yield of 8-16 oz pink-black beefsteaks, outstanding flavor. First introduced in SSE 2008 Yearbook by Neil Lockhart of Oblong, Illinois (IL LO N), who obtained seeds from Reinhard Kraft, Neukirchen, Germany . Reinhard Kraft said that he received seeds from Belarus (Tatiana's note: probably from Andrey Baranovski of Minsk, Belarus), and it came with a racially discriminatory name. As it appeared to be a great tomato, Mr. Kraft chose a nice neutral name for it - 'Black Bear' - and shared seeds under this new name. Andrey Baranovski of Minsk, Belarus said that he indeed shared Negrityonok seeds with Reinhard Kraft, and this is what Reinhard's seed source for Black Bear was. However, Negrityonok is a much smaller tomato, and it is obvious that just environmental growing conditions could not be responsible for such a huge difference in fruit sizes.

produces deep maroon tomatoes that reach 12 to 16 oz. A heirloom tomato with great flavor! It was selected from a cross between a red Brandywine and a brown Beefsteak tomato. A great slicer, salsa, and sauce tomato. It does well in hot summer climates, and is a heavy producer!

(aka Black Krim and Black Crim) Originally from Crimea, a peninsula in Ukraine. This rare, and outstanding tomato yields 3-4 slightly flattened dark-red (mahogany-colored) slightly maroon, beefsteak tomatoes with deep green shoulders. Green gel around seeds. Fantastic, intense, slightly salty taste (which is great for those not wanting to add salt to their tomatoes).
