Uncle Steve’s Italian Plum

A rare tomato variety I have searched for for years! This beautiful red paste tomato produces 3–8 ounce fruits with meaty flesh, very few seeds, and a wonderfully sweet flavor. The plants are prolific, continuing to produce abundantly until the first hard frost. An excellent choice for canning, this variety delivers rich flavor, plenty of usable flesh, and a fantastic harvest for preserving the taste of summer.
