An old, mid-season Amish heirloom beefsteak variety originally from Missouri, USA. Sweet, low-acid, and juicy with a rich, fruity aroma and candy-like sweetness when fully ripe. Bicolor golden-yellow-orange skin with pale or pinkish-orange shading, featuring dense, multi-colored flesh.
