Demit de Rosoy

Description

A French family heirloom tomato, preserved through generations and shared by a grower whose ancestors are connected to the origins of this variety. Produces large, round red beefsteak tomatoes that can reach up to 1 kg (2.2 lbs), with rounded shoulders and varying degrees of ribbing around the top. The dense, meaty flesh contains very few seeds and   a classic, rich old-fashioned heirloom tomato flavor. Plants are vigorous and robust, with thick stems, abundant regular foliage, and indeterminate growth, producing impressive plants throughout the growing season.
