Rosoviy Gigante

A beautiful Russian heirloom variety whose name translates to “Pink Giant.” This impressive tomato produces large, slightly flattened beefsteak fruits with deep pink to dark rose coloring. Depending on growing conditions, the tomatoes typically weigh 10–40 ounces, with some reaching well over a pound.
The flesh is dense, meaty, and juicy, with very few seeds and a wonderfully sweet, mild, old-fashioned tomato flavor. The substantial flesh makes this variety an excellent choice for slicing, fresh eating, sandwiches, and cooking.
