Red Target

80 day Determinate. Red Target is an heirloom variety, native to Taiwan. The plum shaped fruits have a unique way of ripening. The dark green skins begin to turn red on the bottom, blossom end. This gives them the appearance of a giant stuffed olive. They will continue to ripen until they are completely red. The 8 to 12 ounce fruits grow on extremely compact plants.
